Part III: Down the aisle – the day is here! A look inside a real Venues at Langtree Wedding!

Ashley and Manny Provenzano on their wedding day on the grounds of The Venues at Langtree

You’re in the home stretch! The decisions have been made, and all that’s left to do is tie the knot. Here’s how wedding week went down for one Langtree couple, Ashley and Manny! I was lucky enough to be their wedding coordinator, and loved working with them and The Venues at Langtree on this lovely January day!

Personal items drop off: While The Venues at Langtree has pretty much everything one could need to pull off a beautiful wedding day, there were a few personal items that Ashley and Manny wanted to bring into the venue such as a guest book, family photos and other sentimental details. We were able to drop the personal items off and be safely stored at the venue prior to the wedding day. Got to love checking things off the list and the Venues staff is always so flexible!

Location, Location, Location: The Venues location made the day before the wedding a breeze! With family and friends staying in nearby hotels, they were able to access the venue for a ceremony rehearsal and hop back on the road for a quick ride to their rehearsal dinner location. Ashley and Manny had a beautiful dinner at the Peninsula Yacht Club, one of the many nearby locations for a pre-wedding event.

Trolley:  Speaking of taking a quick ride, The Langtree Trolley isn’t just for photo ops (although those are well worth it)! This adorable Trolley is available to pick up guests from nearby hotels and drop them at the venue.

Getting ready: When the wedding day finally arrived, Ashley and her bridesmaids enjoyed a leisurely morning getting ready at the Mott House on site at The Venues!  Breakfast, mimosas and tons of space for her 10 bridesmaids to spread out made for a stress-free wedding morning experience!

Weather: Ashley and Manny had a beautiful and sunny January day, but it was a little chilly! Luckily the venue has plenty of space and they were able to tent their cocktail hour area to keep everyone cozy. A winter wedding is no issue at Langtree, as the venue offers so many different indoor locations and tenting options.

Photography Spots: The couple chose a fabulous, sought after photographer to document their big day - Connection Photography. Photography was extremely important to them, and the natural landscape and beauty of the property was the ideal backdrop for their must-have wedding photos. The sunset at the venue is always stunning, and this day was no exception!

Guest Count: Ashley and Manny had a solid 200-person guest count and wanted to provide a seated, plated dinner for all and have room for a dance floor. Luckily, The Pavilion has seating availability for up to 300 guests, so this was no problem! Guests had plenty of room to move around the space and dance the night away to their 10-piece band!

The Venues proved to be the ideal host to provide the best guest experience and stress-free wedding day for all involved.

Congratulations to the happy couple! For more about Ashley and Manny’s thoughts on having your wedding at The Venues, check out this video.

Happy planning!
